Frequently Asked Questions about Group Tickets

We are often asked the same questions, so here are a few answers to help you out!

Q 1. How long does the performance last?

A 1. Approximately two (2) hours, unless otherwise noted on your order form

Q 2. How old does a child have to be to require a ticket?

A 2. If a child has had his/her second birthday, he/she is required to have a ticket.

Q 3. How will I receive my tickets?

A 3. Your tickets will be mailed to the address on your online/faxed order, time permitting. In the event your tickets are place at Will Call, you will be notified as to when and how to pick up your tickets.

Q 4. Will I have reserved seats

A 4. Yes.

Q 5. How do I know where my seats are?

A 5. We hold excellent seats for our customers and will assign you the best seats we have available at the time we receive your order.

Q 6. How long does it take to receive my tickets by mail?

A 6. Under normal circumstances you should have your tickets in a timely manner.

Q 7. Will my add-on seats be with my group?

A 7. Please type "add-on order" in the box labeled "Other" on the online order form or write "add-on order" on your faxed in order form. Your add-on seats will be as close as possible to your group.
